Debra Amerson and a great group of folks in a weekend workshop at her home, built a wood burning Cob Oven shaped like the Coho Salmon. These artistic hand sculpted ovens are made of "cob," a primitive mixture of clay, sand, horse manure, rice straw and pearlite which retains heat a wood fire burning inside. 

Earthen ovens can be used to anything cooked in a conventional oven and makes exceptional wood fired pizzas, meat kabobs, roasts, grilled fish, baked bread, tasty stews...
